Our record of successes with prestigious international company clients from the U.S., Israel, Germany, Italy, Rwanda, Australia, and Japan demonstrates our capabilities to serve clients in any capacity, anywhere in the world. By using and recycling the community assets already available, we facilitate campaigns to meet our clients' goals. Some of our recent successes:
  • Leading a three-person team to oversee federal tax groups and lobbyists as part of a major campaign to implement and pass a Federal Income Tax Credit for Solar Energy.  
  • Authoring and advocating on behalf of two Federal bills to suspend tariffs for an environmental technology.
  • Coordinating a team to implement a successful state bill which suspends the tax on solar facilities in the State of California.  
  • Developing, implementing, and leading the successful campaign to compel the United States Federal Government, Chair of Armed Services Committee, Joint Chiefs or Staff and the United States Marine Corp to drop plans to expand a training base on land that has been set aside for renewable energy.  
  • Authoring a Federal solar bill that allows non-profit organizations to realize a 30% savings upon the purchase of a solar system for their facilities.

  • Amending California’s Million Solar Rooftop Initiative to be solar neutral and include technologies other than Photovoltaic.  
  • Organizing the campaign that successfully advocated the City of Los Angeles revocation of the investment in a major coal fired power plant.  
  • Contributing to the drafting of the Green Building regulations for the City of Los Angeles.
  • Authoring over half a dozen solar bills to address the needs of the solar energy industry in areas such as tax suspension, regulation adoption, and research. 
  • Working with prestigious international company clients from Asia, Europe, The Middle East, and the United States.
  • Participating Member on the board of SEIA, Solar Energy Industries Association, and founding member of LSA, the Large-Scale Solar Association.

  • Participating in the successful negotiation of a $2 Billion dollar 553 MW solar power purchase agreement with PG&E.
  • Assisting in the successful contract negotiations resulting in over 300 MW of solar power plant facilities.
  • Managing and facilitating Power Purchase Agreement(PPA) negotiations with the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, as well as Southern California Edison, Pacific Gas & Electric, and Southern California Power Purchase Authority.
  • Designing, authoring, and facilitating numerous proposals for city, state, and corporate request for bids.  
  • Organizing and instituting the industry association for the Large Scale Solar industry. 
  • Coordinating project site and development team efforts for over 800MW throughout California

  • Planning and orchestrating the industry report on the Economic, Energy and Environmental Benefits of Solar Power in California report in partnership with National renewable Energy Labs, two universities and three environmental organizations.  
  • Arranging and leading numerous trips for elected officials and business leaders to become educated regarding environmental technology companies overseas.  
  • Participating in numerous trips by the Los Angeles City Council and Los Angeles Department of Sanitation to Waste to Energy Companies around the United States.  
  • Supervising numerous Environmental Impact Reports for the development of renewable energy facilities.
  • Participating as the featured speaker, at dozens of industry conferences on topics pertaining to renewable energy, waste management, water conservation, etc.  
  • Developing successful strategic partnerships with former and current elected officials such as Governor Gray Davis, Congressman Howard Berman, and Assemblyman Bob Blumenfield.  
  • Authoring and advocating an agreement between the State of California and Israel to expand renewable energy and sustainable technologies.
